Vortex Propellers
Large Hub for V6/V8 Outboards
and I/O Gearcases
The Vortex XHS propellers have hub kits available to adapt them to different brands of engines. These hub kits are sold seperately. If you are replacing a Mercury Flo-Torq II propeller, and the existing hub is useable, then you don't need a new hub kit, but having a spare is a good idea. If replacing a non-Flo-Torq II propeller, then the appropriate hub kit will be needed. See chart for hub kit numbers and applications. Hub kits numbers 100 thru 110, and 124 thru 126 are $45.00 with the purchase of a Vortex propeller, or $49.00 plus freight by themselves. Hub kits numbers 111 thru 123 are $30.00 with the purchase of a Vortex propeller, or $35.00 plus freight by themselves.
